All orders are carefully packed and processed within 7–14 working days. During peak seasons or special launches, please allow a little extra time as we prepare each parcel with utmost care.

We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected courier service.

Delivery Confirmation
Once your parcel has been shipped, your tracking link can be viewed through your email and also in your order history. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to receive updates promptly.

Missing, Stolen and Damages Shipment/Packages
While we take great care in ensuring your parcel reaches you safely, Ateliér Seri cannot assume responsibility for items marked as "delivered" by the courier but later reported missing, stolen, or damaged. We encourage you to ensure someone is available to receive your order upon delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons.We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Ateliér Seri will not be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost Packages
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, kindly reach out to us at contact@atelierseri.com.
We will liaise with the courier to investigate and keep you informed throughout the process.

Cancellation Policy
As a small business, we are unable to accept order cancellations once a purchase has been made. Every order is processed promptly to ensure timely fulfilment, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. We truly appreciate your support and understanding. Do you accept returns or exchanges? As each piece is handled with great attention and care, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you personally.
